You can decide to go to Paris for the day, or to Château de Versailles, or to the Cathedral of Chartres (Cathédrale de Chartres), or to the zoo at Château de Thoiry, or any of the wonderful visits in the Paris region and come back to your cosy chalet in the evening as it is located at the crossroad of all what is worth to be seen and enjoyed in this rich and fine area.
It can also be a halt on your way to go and visit the Châteaux de la Loire or other region of interest coming from Paris.
Le Cerf Volant is a 5 acres parkland lying at the end of a driveway, surrounded by majestic oak trees, with a little stream and a pond, far from roads and turmoil.
Endless paths and trails lead from there through the forest and the surrounding meadows for beautiful walks, riding horses or bicycles.
Two lovely cabins, The Chalet by The Meadow and The Cabin in The Firs are perfectly independent and far apart cottages that welcome you for magic week ends and longer stays.
